What benefits does a wire base offer for your headpieces?
Our headpieces are meticulously crafted with a base of thin wires, delicately connecting each Swarovski crystal and pearl. Compared to welded bases, this wire foundation ensures easier styling, flexibility, lightness, and comfort, especially during extended wear.
How can the headpieces be securely fastened in the hair?
The headpieces can be easily secured in the hair using bobby pins or by requesting the addition of small combs along the headpiece after placing your order. Our headpieces are lightweight and flexible, making them very manageable and ensuring a secure hold throughout wear.
How should I care for my headpiece to maintain its quality?
To preserve the quality of your headpiece, it is best to store it in its box when not in use. Additionally, avoid excessive hair spraying. If needed, gently wipe the Swarovski crystals with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water to restore their shine. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

What customization options are available for the headpieces?
Absolutely β€” everything is customizable. Whether you want a design from scratch or adjustments to the size, color, or materials of an existing design from our page, we can accommodate your preferences.

For minor adjustments to a listed headpiece, simply navigate to the product page and add your customization request in the text box before adding the item to your cart.

Is there an additional cost for customization?
No, there is no additional cost for customization. The price for customizing your headpiece is calculated similarly to any of our own designs. We aim to provide flexibility without extra charges, ensuring that you get exactly what you envision without surprises in pricing.
Do you provide trial appointments for your display headpieces?
While we primarily operate as an online store with headpieces made to order, we understand that some customers prefer to check our work in person and determine what suits them best. Therefore, we do provide trials of a selection of display headpieces. Simply contact us to book a trial appointment, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.
How can I ensure the perfect fit for my headpiece?
For each headpiece, detailed dimensions are provided in the item's description. Headbands come in standard lengths, but if you would like to ensure a perfect fit and customize the dimensions, we recommend using a flexible measuring tape from the top of one ear to the top of the other. For back pieces and side pieces, measure the desired length and width of the headpiece directly on your head using a flexible measuring tape.

Orders

Will I receive a confirmation once I place my order?
Yes. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking link to monitor the progress of your order through our website. For international orders, we will also send you a follow-up email with payment and shipping information.
How can I pay for my order?
For local orders within Lebanon:
We offer cash on delivery as a payment option. If you prefer to pay through money transfer companies such as OMT, Western Union, or WHISH, simply reach out to us once your order is placed and we will provide you with the necessary details. Please note that we only accept payments in USD and that there is no shipping fee for orders within Lebanon.

For international orders:
After placing your order, we will contact you with payment and shipping details. Payment is required before we proceed with your order. The paid amount should cover the price of the headpiece and shipping costs, excluding any customs duties. You can choose to pay via bank transfer or money wiring, and we will provide the necessary details accordingly.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order through our website by entering your order number and registered email address. Here are the possible order statuses:
  • Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
  • Processing: Your order is being executed and prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is in transit.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to your specified address.
How long is the execution time?
Since our headpieces are handmade to order, we require time for execution. Depending on the design and the time of year, this timeframe may vary. Currently, our execution time is 5 working days.
Can I request pictures to see the progress of my headpiece?
Certainly. During the execution of your order, you can reach out to us and we would be happy to share progress pictures with you. We understand the excitement of seeing your custom piece come to life, and we are here to keep you updated every step of the way.
What are my shipping options and delivery timeframe?
For local orders within Lebanon:
We partner with Wakilni for delivery. They will contact you directly to arrange delivery of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Lebanon, but Wakilni ensures delivery within a maximum of 5 working days after shipping. There is no shipping fee for orders within Lebanon.

For international orders:
We partner with leading shipping companies such as Aramex and DHL. Delivery time and shipping fees will be confirmed with you via email after placing your order, as they depend on the carrier and destination country. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Will there be customs duties for international orders?
For international orders, please note that customs duties are not included in your payment to us. You may be responsible for covering any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
We understand that adjustments may arise after placing your order. Once your order begins the execution process, we may be able to accommodate certain changes depending on their nature. It is important to reach out to us as soon as possible with any requested modifications, and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?

As each of our headpieces is handmade to order, we cannot accommodate exchanges. However, depending on the design, we may be able to make exceptions in certain cases. What is your return policy?
As each of our headpieces is handmade to order, we are unable to accommodate returns or offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us. Depending on the design, we may be able to make exceptions for local orders within Lebanon.
What should I do if my headpiece is damaged upon receipt?
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you discover any damage upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address your concerns and work to resolve the issue.
Are there any guarantees or warranties on the products?
While we expect our headpieces to be used more than once, we cannot provide guarantees or warranties after use, as we are not responsible for how they are handled and maintained. However, if your headpiece is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address the issue accordingly.
